Privacy

This page explains what happens to your details when you visit this website or get in touch with us through it.

Who looks after your details

This website is run by Carole Pearson ("we" or "us"). We are responsible for the details you share through it (the data controller). If you have any questions about this page or your details, email us at hello[at]callypearson.com.

What the contact form collects and why

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, the site collects your name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use these only to reply to you. They are never sold or shared for marketing.

If you email us directly instead, we receive the details in your email in the same way and use them only to reply.

Where your enquiry is stored

The website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores contact form enquiries on our behalf (a data processor) and emails a copy to us. You can read more in Netlify's privacy policy.

Website visits

The site uses Fathom Analytics to count visits, such as how many people view each page. Fathom does not use cookies and does not store any personal data, so it cannot identify you or follow you across other websites.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them. You can also object to how they are used or ask us to limit it. To do any of these, email hello[at]callypearson.com.

If you are unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
