About Carole

In 2002, a family crisis which impacted both her physical and mental health, led Carole to a period of personal reassessment.  During this time, she developed a strong interest in Ayurveda and her Yoga practice became her saving grace.

Incorporating the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda into her daily life improved Carole’s personal health and wellbeing dramatically, which motivated her to commence teacher training with the Shanti Yoga School in Nottingham.

The next step on her journey was to study Ayurveda with the European Institute of Vedic Studies before undertaking an intensive Yoga Teacher Training with ISHTA (Integrated Sciences of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda).

Carole still struggled with regular bouts of anxiety but the introduction of a daily meditation practice transformed the way she reacted to stress and highlighted the deeply ingrained patterns that were preventing her from moving forward on her path. She quickly realised that the missing element in both her personal practice and in her teaching was meditation, which inspired her to train with the Mclean Meditation Institute in California and become a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor.

Through her own experience, Carole has come to deeply understand that the prime principle underlying both Yoga and Ayurveda is a regular daily meditation practice.

She is passionate about helping clients to reconnect with who they truly are and to live the life they were meant to live.  It is both her joy and privilege to teach and share the life-enhancing tools and techniques of Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation.

The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.
